On March 5^th 2002, during Bike Week, at the Outlaws MC Clubhouse in Daytona Beach, the Satan's Syndicate MC of Columbus Ohio patched over to the Black Pistons Motorcycle Club forming the First Chapter of the Black Pistons MC United States.

On September 2004 the Black Pistons MC Chicago NorthSide was founded to give support and Loyalty to the A.O.A.
